Gary Monaghan has been involved in the automotive industry for over 25 years, during that time he has built a highly successful career and network of professional contacts.

His commercial knowledge spans across the operations of the following automotive sectors:

This combination of commercial and IT skills has enabled Gary to successfully design, build, demonstrate and implement a range of IT solutions as a previous shareholder of JTK Automotive Ltd to the following clients prior to the acquisition by British Car Auctions Ltd, now BCA Market Place.

Jim has over 40 years experience of the automotive industry having started as an apprentice mechanic in his early years before progressing through the ranks to fulfill senior management and director roles across a broad spectrum of the industry.

He launched the first ever-electronic auction to be used by an OEM back in 1993 when the Internet was in its infancy and has stayed at the forefront of online digital remarketing initiatives ever since.

Jim has adopted a very simple business philosophy, which is to embrace change and achieve “Best of Breed” in whatever sector of the industry you are competing in.
